Road Test Requirements
Teens (16-17)
- Valid learner's permit (not expired)
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must have held their learner's permit for at least 6 months
- Certificate of completion of 32 or 24 Hour Teen Driver Education Course (final certificate, not the first one given for the learner's permit)
- Certificate from Impact Texas Teen Drivers (link to ITTD found below)
- 30 Hour Parent Log
- Parent or legal guardian must be present
Adults (18+)
- Valid restricted driver license (learner's permit)
- Certificate of completion of 6 Hour Adult Course (if 18-24 years old)
- Certificate from Impact Texas Adult Drivers (link to ITAD below)
